What font are you?

I rarely participate in these types of online personality comparisons. But finding out what font I might be was too much to resist.

Recently Quit Your Day Job pointed me to Blogthings.com and their What Font Are You? poll after the author Lee discovered he was apparently Arial Black.

Some people are really into fonts - I am not one of these people. Fonts serve their purpose and I know a little about the history of some of the more prominent and well-known fonts. ..but am nowhere near font geek status.

This does not keep me up at night

Unlike Lee, I am really into fonts; I enjoy reading up on the history of typefaces and typography.  It has literally, at times, kept me up at night.   Must see site: I Love Typography.

Michael Kordahi also dropped a note on this incredible video.

You Are Courier New

You have a deep appreciation for tradition and history.

You don’t eschew modernity, but you do have a deep reverence for the past.

You are very literate. It’s likely you enjoy writing and reading.

Some people may feel you’re a bit cold, but you just have high standards for who you hang out with.
